The Acadian psych-rock ensemble, Les Hôtesses d’Hilaire, are on the news again. This time, it’s because their ambitious rock opera album, Viens avec moi, has earned them 3 nods at the next East Coast Music Awards Gala: Francophone Recording of the Year, Group Recording of the Year and Rock Recording of the Year.

It’s not the first ECMA nominations for the zany quintet. In 2017, they had won Francophone Recording of the Year as well as Recording of the Year, a rare feat for a francophone band.

The album has been staged into a great production that has been sold out in various venues in Quebec and New Brunswick. The next representation will be on June 15, during the Francos de Montréal.
